word "Yoga" has been formed by
the root "Yuj" in Sanskrit "Yuj"
means "to join" or bind or "to
attach"
Union means binding between "Jeeva"
and "Atma" or the union of individual
self with the SELF or the union of Atma
(soul) with almighty Parmatma (God).
The word YOGA has been used in various meaning
in Indian traditions such as : |
