:: Gujarat Ayurveda University ::

Present
 
This setup of University continued till 1998. Since then few more Institutes and Centers were opened to broad base the training programmes of Ayurveda. At present following Institutes and Centers are working in the Campus of Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar as constituent Institutes: -
 
  • Institute for Post Graduate Teaching & Research In Ayurveda
  • Shri Gulabkunwarba Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya , Jamnagar
  • Institute for Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Institute for Medicinal Plant Sciences
  • Maharishi Patanjali Institute for Yoga & Naturopathy Education and Research.
 
To promote the teaching and learning in various other specific areas of Ayurved University has also established many centers in campus: -
 
  • International Center for Ayurvedic Studies
  • Medical Astrology Research Center
  • Center for In-service Training
  • Old Age Care Center
  • Maharishi Atreya AIDS & Cancer Research Center
  • Department of Continuing Education
  • Rural Health Care Program
 
All other Ayurvedic Colleges of the state are the affiliated colleges of Gujarat Ayurveda University. They are as follows -

  • Government Ayurveda College, Vadodara
  • Aryakanya Ayurveda College, Vadodara
  • Sheth J. P. Ayurveda College, Bhavnagar
  • Government Ayurveda College, Junagadh
  • Shri Balahanuman Ayurveda College, Lodra
  • Shri J. S. Ayurveda College, Nadiad
  • Shri O. H. Nazar Ayurveda College, Surat
  • Shri Jalarambapa Ayurveda Dental Institute, Ratanpar, Rajkot
 
Recently Gujarat Ayurveda University has extended its boundaries and started giving recognition to various other colleges situated out of Gujarat State. They are: -
 
  • The Arya Vaidyan Rama Warriar Educational Foundation of Ayurveda, Coimbatore.
  • The Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Sciences, Manipal
  • Tropical Botanical Garden Research Institute, Thiruananthapuram
